I work relationally and I enjoy working with clients through a multicultural perspective in which an individual’s multiple layers of identities are explored and integrated. I am trained in both time-limited and open-ended therapy modalities. I am fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. My clients typically experience me as warm, genuine, and real. The type of therapy I provide is relational and culturally-sensitive and celebratory. My style in therapy is strength-based and collaborative. I value my client’s hopes, expectations, and goals for therapy, and I provide my expertise in human development and my genuine care and curiosity.
