Seong-Hye Mau

My name is Seong-Hye Mau, an associate marriage and family therapist at SAGE Holistic Health and Wellness Center. I resigned from my Corporate career of 15 years to pursue my passion for working with teens. I’m passionate about helping them make sense of why they feel the way they do! My work focuses on helping them heal from past hurts, learn healthy coping skills, identify strengths, and learn how to build meaningful relationships. By creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment, my goal is to help the teens lead resilient, fulfilling, and purposeful lives.
