I’m a Taiwanese American psychotherapist, writer, and founder of Therapy on Fig—a group practice dedicated to providing culturally responsive, identity-affirming therapy for individuals, couples, and communities seeking depth, safety, and belonging.
A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Level II trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, I’ve been in practice since 2007, specializing in trauma recovery, relational patterns, and the complexities of cultural identity. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and guided by curiosity about how our many “parts” learn to adapt and heal.
