I walk alongside folks moving through life transitions, intersectional identity exploration, and trauma recovery. My warm, relational, anti-oppressive approach prioritizes intergenerational healing within Asian diasporas. Community members come to me feeling stuck or unsure what to do next. As a queer, South Asian-American, clinical social worker in recovery, I help children/teens, young adults, parents, and families put down their "protective armor" in order to lighten the emotional load. I am most energized providing anti-racist, identity-affirming care in English/Bengali to folks wanting to feel more at home in their bodies. Let's connect!
