I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PY6070023) located in the Greater Seattle area. My practice offers individual therapy for adults. My clients tend to be adults professionals in their 20s-40s who are looking to establish effective coping skills for everyday stressors. I specialize in treating Adult ADHD and provide diagnostic assessment, psychoeducation, and utilize a strengths-based approach to help clients develop techniques to manage ADHD symptoms. Other common issues addressed include anxiety, depression, work-related stress, adjustment disorders, interpersonal problems, and multicultural issues.
