Hi! I've grown up in Japanese/Chinese-American communities participating in AAPI sports leagues, churches, and community centers. I am currently involved in leadership capacities in such communities and feel the value of being connected to one's cultural background as it impacts sense of meaning and fulfillment in life. I specialize in working with individuals with a history of trauma, specifically sexual abuse. I am also passionate about the impact of culture and spirituality and how they shape the psyche.
