I am certified in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method and am very passionate about utilizing somatic psychotherapy interventions such as yoga, meditation, guided imagery, and deep breathing to effectively release tension and stress in the body caused by trauma. I use trauma-informed care to invite my clients to intuitively move and truly do what feels good in session. I have found that this tends to increase awareness of their feelings and bodily sensations, as well as gain a sense of control and ownership over their physical body.
