Valerie Yeo

I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship, and in creating a space to explore values, emotions, and experiences. I approach all therapy through social justice-oriented and feminist lenses, with the goal of helping clients to feel seen, understood, and respected. I have expertise in working with trauma, the impact of oppression, Asian American mental health, individuals who are considering leaving or have left religious and spiritual communities, sexual identity and gender exploration, and college-age and early-adult development.
