Both my life and professional experiences have shaped my work as a therapist. My life experience includes growing up as a child of Taiwanese immigrants, living overseas in Europe as an adult, advocating for social justice, and parenting my teens. My professional experience includes providing individual, family, and group counseling at Duke University Medical Center, Elon University Counseling Center, and multiple behavioral health agencies. I completed my Bachelors in Psychology and my Masters in Social Work with a Mental Health concentration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
