I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in New York. I specialize in anxiety (e.g. perfectionism and constant striving for performance and achievement), chronic stress and burnout, identity exploration and professional career development. I aim to grow your awareness of self-acceptance and compassion through your process towards change and growth.
